Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, driven and results-oriented Events and Client Services Communications Manager to support our Events and Programs teams at PreBorn!. This position is responsible for developing and executing clear, compelling, and mission-aligned communications that support PreBorn!’s national events and client-facing initiatives. This role ensures that pregnancy clinic partners, donors and event participants receive timely, accurate, and Christ-centered communication that strengthens relationships, enhances engagement, and advances PreBorn!’s life-saving impact.

The Events and Client Services Communications Manager serves as a key connector between Events, Marketing, and Programs, ensuring consistent messaging, operational excellence, and a seamless communication experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:


Events Communications Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute communication plans for all PreBorn! events (fundraising events, partner gatherings, trainings, and internal events).

• Write and manage event-related content including invitations, registration messaging, scripts, run-of-show materials, follow-up communications, and donor touchpoints.

• Partner with Events team to ensure alignment between messaging, attendee experience, and event objectives.

• Ensure all event communications reflect PreBorn!’s mission, theological convictions, and brand voice.


Client Services Communications Strategy & Execution

• Create and manage communication strategies for pregnancy clinic partners and program participants.

• Develop clear, consistent messaging for onboarding, training, program updates, and ongoing engagement.

• Collaborate with Programs and Virtual Care Services teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of client-facing materials.

• Improve communication workflows to enhance responsiveness and partner satisfaction.


Content Development & Messaging

• Write high-quality, mission-driven content across multiple channels (email, print, digital, scripts).

• Translate complex programmatic or operational information into clear, compelling communication.

• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all event and client communications.

• Support storytelling efforts by integrating impact stories into event and partner communications when appropriate.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between Events, Marketing, and Programs for communication needs.

• Align communication timelines with event production schedules and program deliverables.

• Collaborate with Creative team to develop assets that support communication strategies.

• Ensure all communications are integrated into broader organizational campaigns when applicable.


Project Management & Execution

• Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

• Build and maintain communication calendars for Events and Programs initiatives.

• Ensure quality control for all communications, including proofreading and accuracy checks.

• Utilize project management tools and systems to track progress and deliverables.


Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Track and evaluate effectiveness of communication efforts (open rates, engagement, feedback).

• Recommend improvements to communication strategies, tools, and processes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline communication and increase clarity and impact.

Qualifications:
