  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive projects in alignment with PMO governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with CIOs, VPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, and decision-ready deliverables.
  • Manage implementation partners and vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, providing mitigation strategies and timely escalations.
  • Utilize Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting; experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
