Position Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and telecom initiatives.
  • The candidate will act as the primary interface between customer stakeholders, business teams, architects, development teams, QA teams, and offshore delivery organizations.
  • The role requires strong technical acumen, project governance expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program & Project Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive project execution across onsite and offshore teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, releases, and customer commitments.
  • Conduct project governance reviews and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Lead solution discussions, requirement clarifications, and prioritization workshops.
  • Build strong relationships with customer teams and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate executive-level reviews and steering committee meetings.
