Job description

Technical Program Manager III (TPM III) - SXP Product

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III (TPM III) to drive the execution of high-impact AI-powered monetization initiatives supporting Company SXP Product organization. This role will be responsible for leading complex cross-functional programs, managing strategic roadmaps, and delivering scalable solutions that improve sales productivity and advertiser outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technical program management, software development lifecycles, and stakeholder leadership, along with a proven track record of delivering complex technology programs in large-scale environments.

Location: Remote (Must work Pacific Time Zone hours). Candidates located in Bellevue, WA are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs while balancing scope, quality, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
  • Develop and execute program roadmaps across multiple AI-enabled business initiatives supporting sales productivity, automation, and monetization efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
  • Track program metrics, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items while driving accountability across teams.
  • Manage project planning activities including requirements gathering, schedule management, status reporting, risk mitigation, contingency planning, and executive communications.
  • Review technical solutions, architecture discussions, and code concepts to support decision-making and facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Develop launch plans, track bugs and feedback items, and partner with stakeholders to drive issues through resolution.
  • Proactively identify program risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues when necessary to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation capabilities to improve program efficiency, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Present program updates, recommendations, and execution status to leadership and executive stakeholders.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management combined with a software engineering or technical background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and business partners.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture, and technical systems.
  • Ability to read and review code in Python and JavaScript.
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in enterprise-scale, multi-platform environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and driving program-level strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Previous Client experience (former employee or contingent worker).
  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, automation, or generative AI programs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and AI-assisted workflow automation.
  • Experience within monetization, advertising technology, sales enablement, or revenue-generating platforms.
  • Experience leading programs in highly matrixed technology organizations.
  • Strong background in product launches, business operations, and cross-functional execution.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field required.
