Job description

Hiring: Piping Project Manager (Hygienic Piping) | Pharma | W2 (USC/GC Only)

We are actively seeking an experienced Piping Project Manager to support a large-scale pharma construction project in the US. This is a long-term opportunity with strong project visibility and impact.

Location: Lebanon, IN (Onsite – 3 days/week currently, transitioning to 5 days/week during construction)
Duration: 2+ Year Contract
Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds
Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card (W2 Only)
Open to Relocation Candidates


Key Requirements:

✔️ 6–8 years of piping project management experience in regulated environments
✔️ Strong background in hygienic / process piping (pharma preferred)
✔️ Proven experience managing multi-million dollar projects ($5M+)
✔️ Ability to oversee 12+ contractors and multiple vendor teams
✔️ Hands-on experience working with construction teams (quality, safety, progress)
✔️ Solid understanding of EPCM project environments


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead piping projects from contractor selection through completion
• Manage contractor onboarding, performance, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate closely with EPCM teams and internal stakeholders
• Track construction progress and proactively mitigate risks
