As a member of our team, you will operate primarily in a remote setting, providing therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility for all clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, leveraging evidence-based practices to mold effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Delivering individual therapy using various proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to enhance clients' personal growth and well-being.
• Establishing achievable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitoring their progress, ensuring a responsive treatment approach.
• Facilitating teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual meetings, accommodating those facing logistical or accessibility challenges.
• Maintaining accurate, detailed documentation of sessions to comply with ethical standards and regulatory codes, reflecting our organizational commitment to professionalism.
• Participating in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to advance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Our client base encompasses diverse individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. We cater to adults of all ages, focusing on creating safe and trusting therapeutic relationships where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and explore paths toward healing.

• Hold a current and valid state license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a welcoming and secure atmosphere for clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Show strong organizational and time-management capabilities to efficiently manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

While specific experience may vary, we particularly value candidates who have previously worked within a private practice setting or have experience with telehealth therapy models. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and a proven track record of client success stories will be highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and level of experience. Additional benefits include:
