Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through our secure telehealth platform, employing various therapeutic modalities based on individual client preferences.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, ensuring they receive ongoing support and proactive guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress meticulously to maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, utilizing advanced techniques and interventions that enhance your therapeutic skills and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus on remote care allows us to reach individuals in varying geographical locations, providing vital access to mental health resources to underserved populations. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients of different backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong empathic abilities, demonstrating compassion and understanding towards the challenges clients face.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to efficiently handle therapy sessions and administrative documentation remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual therapy methods.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a wide variety of mental health issues.
• Proficiency in documentation practices and use of electronic health records (EHR).
• Ongoing involvement in professional development opportunities related to mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of USD 80,000–104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
