Peer supporters use their lived experiences to offer understanding, encouragement, and resources to those in need. This role may include facilitating group discussions, one-on-one support sessions, and connecting individuals to helpful tools or services. The goal is to create a safe, empathetic, and supportive space for individuals seeking connection and assistance.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Virtual Peer Support position, and why are they important?
