The Inside Sales Account Manager, Volume Graphics, is responsible for driving customer engagement within the existing installed base through proactive outbound communication and data-driven sales support. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, increasing software maintenance renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting long-term customer success across the Volume Graphics software portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts with responsibility for renewal, retention, expansion, and growth objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement through proactive outbound phone and email communications with existing customers and channel partners.
  • Manage all aspects of the software maintenance renewal process within an assigned territory and/or book of business.
  • Identify opportunities for software expansion, upgrades, additional licenses, training, and services through regular customer interactions.
  • Work closely with Channel Partners and internal Sales teams to support customer growth, renewal strategies, and pipeline development.
  • Manage quote requests while maintaining accurate forecasts, opportunity records, and account activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Lead customer renewal discussions and commercial negotiations to maximize retention and long-term customer value.
  • Partner with Field Sales, Channel Managers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technical teams to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, perform follow-up activities, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the software portfolio and available services to effectively position solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, software sales, account management, customer success, business development, or another customer-facing sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence conducting outbound phone and virtual customer engagements.
  • Experience supporting software maintenance renewals, subscriptions, or recurring revenue business models is preferred.
  • Experience selling engineering software, manufacturing software, industrial software, or technology products is preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
