- Development growth strategy and oversee the of day-to-day execution of performance marketing for the property
- Direct and support team members in determining the optimal tactics and approach to realize the commercial priorities
- Coordinate with product and finance teams to develop a clear understanding of product LTVs to ensure media channels are operating at target ROI
- Utilize data-driven analysis insights, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for performance optimizations
- Evaluate and improve attribution models used to measure channel performance
- Advise the team on findings from regular performance reviews to set appropriate actions to be taken to drive growth
- Work closely with team product managers to align paid strategy with on-site experience
- Explain variance in performance against target to leadership and other stakeholders in management commentary (and in other forums as required)
