Position Overview:
We're seeking an Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support Mae's mission: helping customers manage life's uncertainties through personalized insurance and lifelong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate daily agency operations, including staff supervision, workflow organization, and coverage across product lines such as Auto, Home, Business, Life, Pet, and Health Insurance
  • Maintain office hours alignment: Mon-Wed 9 AM-6 PM, Thu 9 AM-6 PM, Fri 9 AM-5 PM, Closed weekends (with after-hours by appointment)
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the agent-ensuring exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments (in-person and virtual), handling billing and claims inquirie
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff (like Aide Hernandez and team) to maintain high standards in licensing, client interaction, and product knowledge
  • Oversee licensing compliance within the office-ensuring all team members hold valid P&C licenses and meet continuing education requirements.
  • Assist with localized community outreach efforts, including virtual appointments and educational events
  • Manage administrative tasks-office correspondence, vendor relations, insurance carrier communications, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
