These labs are often used for training, testing, or skill development in technical fields.

What is a virtual lab?

A Virtual Lab job typically involves managing, maintaining, or facilitating online laboratory environments used for education, research, or testing. A professional working in a Virtual Lab is responsible for managing and operating virtual simulations, assisting users with troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of digital experiment results. Daily tasks often include setting up and monitoring lab simulations, curating or updating instructional resources, and providing guidance to students or researchers engaging with the lab. Collaboration with educators, IT staff, and subject matter experts is common to maintain and improve lab offerings. Staying organized and proactive is important, as you'll often juggle multiple projects or requests in a dynamic virtual environment.
