Position Description:

The Senior Treasury Analyst will report directly to the Senior Treasury Manager and be responsible for owning and executing critical treasury processes that support AEG’s global operations. The role supports increased operational and control demands driven by higher volumes of equipment purchases, insurance activities, and related financing, as well as the treasury activities from multiple subsidiaries, and special projects.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned treasury processes critical to daily operations and business continuity.
  • Support treasury activities across multiple legal entities, banking partners, and jurisdictions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Microsoft Excel models, macros, and automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury processes.
  • Act as an internal expert for Excel-based analysis and automation within the Treasury function.
  • Identify operational risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Own and manage global corporate card programs, including employee T&E, purchase cards, and virtual card programs (Dispatch, CSI, Trip Support), covering risk controls, user onboarding and removals, limit management, usage monitoring, disputes, chargebacks, and claims.
  • Complete and maintain bank KYC documentation for five global banking partners with accounts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support customer KYC activities in coordination with Compliance and Commercial teams.
  • Support and maintain AEG’s self-insurance program for equipment, including ongoing maintenance activities and formal annual reviews.
  • Oversee third-party certificates of insurance, including collection, validation, tracking, and related control processes.
  • Own and execute treasury-related projects that support business growth, operational efficiency, and risk management, including initiatives driven by new subsidiaries, banking relationships, or regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the input of banking templates into multiple banking portals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-entity treasury processes.
  • Prefer candidates with international banking experience.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk management.
  • Highly analytical with a strong ability to execute, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and automation.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in a controlled financial environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
