Shifts are 12 hrs. (days only), 7A to 7P (nights are covered by Mercy Virtual)
Rounding:Hospitalists round on ICU, Intensivist provide virtual consult Monday thru Friday
Beds:58 bed community hospital - 4 ICU and 4 step-down beds
Case Log Requirement:Vent Management: 25 cases in past 24 months
ICU: management of 12 patients in a critical care setting in past 12 months and evidence of current AHA ACLS
