Job description

About Us
LifeMD is a leading provider of virtual primary care, telehealth, and specialized treatment programs serving hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide. Our vertically integrated platform combines 50-state licensed providers, in-house pharmacy and lab integrations, and proprietary technology that enables safe, high-quality, and affordable care.
At the heart of this transformation is our team of developers, engineers, and tech innovators building state-of-the-art systems that make healthcare smarter, faster, and more accessible. From architecting scalable backend systems to crafting intuitive user experiences, we are pushing boundaries every day.
Recognized as one of the fastest-growing healthcare tech companies (#166 on Deloitte Fast 500 in 2023), LifeMD is not just a healthcare company - it's a tech company revolutionizing healthcare.
About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing to build, scale, and manage our creator strategy across all primary business lines. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Growth, you will own the entire pipeline-from user-generated content (UGC) creators and lifestyle influencers to medical experts and licensed clinicians. This is a performance marketing role: your core focus will be driving profitable patient acquisition across Weight Management, Men's Health, and Women's Health, measured by Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and revenue growth. You will act as both a creative strategist and a growth operator-sourcing talent, negotiating usage rights, setting up creator whitelisting, and working with our paid media team to test and amplify creator content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, landing pages, and email channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage LifeMD's creator roster specifically tailored to our primary verticals: WeightCare (patient weight-loss journeys, GLP-1 content), Men's Health (sexual health, hair loss, TRT), and Women's Health (hormone therpy, primary care, wellness).
  • Source, hire, and manage ongoing relationships with UGC creators, social influencers, researchers, real patient advocates, and board-certified medical professionals.
  • Build a reliable pipeline of creators to consistently deliver fresh, high-volume video content tailored to the distinct tone and target audience of each business line.
  • Negotiate usage rights, perpetual/term ad rights, and allow-listing permissions into all creator contracts.
  • Partner with the Paid Social team to scale top-performing assets through creator handle boosting, Partnership Ads (Meta), and Spark Ads (TikTok).
  • Repurpose creator and medical content into assets like landing pages & PDP's
  • Write clear, high-converting creative briefs for creators covering hooks, problem-and-solution messaging, and product/service demonstrations
  • Test different hooks, calls-to-action, and video styles to find what converts and lowers acquisition costs per vertical.
  • Maintain asset pipeline that delivers net-new, performance-vetted creator ad assets every week across all three pillars. These adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
  • React quickly to social trends & market/industry moments
  • Work directly with Clinical Ops and Legal/Compliance teams to produce content that adheres to FTC, FDA, and privacy guidelines across all business lines.
  • Partner with medical advisers and clinicians to break down complex medical topics (e.g., GLP-1 mechanisms, hormone therapies, prescription treatments) into clear, high-trust social videos.
  • Manage the creator budget tracking performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) to ensure every dollar spent drives real business growth.
  • Implement clear tracking frameworks using promo codes, affiliate links, post-purchase surveys, and platform attribution.
  • Deliver weekly reports to growth leadership, showing top-performing assets, cost trends, and creative learnings by business line.

Requirements
  • Direct Experience: 5+ years managing influencer and creator marketing programs for a direct-to-consumer (DTC), subscription, or health brand.
  • Vertical Versatility: Experience managing campaigns across differing demographics.
  • Performance Focus: Experience managing substantial budgets tied directly to customer acquisition metrics and sales growth, not just engagement.
  • Technical Ad Knowledge: Practical experience negotiating paid usage rights, licensing terms, and allow-listing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Regulated Industry Experience: Prior experience in telehealth, health and wellness, skincare, or finance, where medical or legal claims require review.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to look at ad manager data, spot where viewers drop off, and brief creators on how to fix leaky funnels.
  • Strong Negotiation: Clear, professional negotiation skills with talent, talent managers, and agencies to secure fair terms and usage rights.

Benefits
  • Salary Range: $130,000-160,000
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, Roth 401k)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Short Term Disability
  • Training & Development
