Job Title: Influencer Strategist

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM; primarily in-office with potential remote flexibility for the right candidate

About The Company: Our client is a well-established global organization within the hospitality industry with a strong consumer brand and international presence. The company is seeking an Influencer Strategist to join its marketing team and help expand and strengthen its influencer and creator marketing initiatives.
Job Description:
The Influencer Strategist will partner closely with social media, brand marketing, agency, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer campaigns across multiple social platforms. This individual will take ownership of day-to-day creator initiatives, managing campaigns from initial influencer identification through content launch, performance tracking, and final reporting.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running influencer campaigns and understands how to build meaningful creator relationships while balancing brand objectives, timelines, budgets, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate influencer and creator campaigns from initial planning and talent sourcing through execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner with social media and marketing teams to develop influencer strategies aligned with broader brand and business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators across relevant social media channels.
  • Oversee campaign schedules, budgets, content deliverables, approvals, and overall execution across multiple projects.
  • Act as a primary contact for creators, managing communication, partnership terms, and ongoing relationships.
  • Develop a network of high-performing creators and identify opportunities for repeat partnerships and ambassador-style programs.
  • Maintain an organized influencer database containing creator information, audience demographics, historical performance, rates, and partnership details.
  • Create repeatable workflows, guidelines, and documentation to improve influencer marketing operations.
  • Stay current on creator trends, emerging social platforms, industry developments, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations to improve future creator programs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use campaign data to support future marketing and budget decisions.
  • Review influencer content for consistency with campaign goals and brand expectations while preserving the creator's individual voice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign briefs, creative direction, and opportunities to expand the reach of creator content.
  • Identify successful influencer content that may have value for additional marketing or social media use.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
  • Previous experience supporting or managing influencer, creator, social media, or digital marketing campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing platforms or creator management tools; familiarity with platforms such as Popular Pays, Lightricks, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage influencer campaigns and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to deadlines and details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating and building relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-moving marketing environment.

Additional Details:
  • Contract is expected to run through the end of the year with the possibility of extension.
  • Position is primarily on-site in downtown Chicago
  • Target start date is ASAP.
