The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliAs the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with our prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support.

Your pivotal role involves creating a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team./liliEmploy various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets utilizing outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques./liliEffectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services./liliUtilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls./liliProactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments./liliUtilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data is essential for efficient follow-up and tracking./liliStay up-to-date with all ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions. Align your efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion./liliRegularly track and analyze your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements./liliBe receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success./liliEnsure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets./liliCollaborate with sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale./liliVinSolutions experience is a huge plus!/li/ulpWhat You Need to Have for the Role:/pulliClear and concise written and verbal communication/liliResults driven and motivated for sales/liliExcellent customer service/liliEffectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals/liliAbility to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills/liliHas prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy/liliPrevious sales experience a plus/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.

with assistive devices/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $35,000 - $55,000 or more.
