The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient management of the CEO's schedule, communications, and daily priorities. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, professional judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The person in this position acts as a key liaison between the CEO and internal employees as well as external clients, facilitating meeting coordination and minutes, follow-up on commitments, and the effective execution of administrative and operational tasks. In addition, this role contributes to the optimization of administrative policies, processes, supporting decision-making and the achievement of the organization's strategic objective.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO.

  • Manage time effectively by setting priorities aligned with organizational needs, maintaining flexibility for unforeseen tasks, and completing work within assigned deadlines.

  • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and established policies.
  • Comply with the Company's departmental security and human resources policies.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor conferred by an accredited university, preferably in office administration.
    • Two or more years of experience is preferable in the health field.
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
    • Bilingual
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship.
    • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
