A 24-hour command center staffed by nurses monitors patients virtually, and contracted personnel provide in-home care when required. This program represents a transformational initiative in healthcare delivery.

- Responsible for overseeing, directing, and providing care to patients requiring immediate treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Certificate for Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM-ABRET) - AAET Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certified EKG Technician - NHA Required
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) - BCEN Required
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) - AAP Required
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification - AHA Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA Required
