Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Instruction and with the support of an Instructional Administrator, this position is responsible for the education of assigned TK-12th-grade students and will create an individualized, flexible program that supports learning and personal growth. In addition, this position will support instruction aligned with the California Common Core State Standards and address students' needs for academic intervention and enrichment.

This position will also work with the student's parents to provide guidance, resources, and strategies to ensure optimal learning and positive social/emotional development. Requirements / Qualifications Required Qualifications . Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution .

Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential* . English Learner (EL) Authorization . TK (Transitional Kindergarten) Authorization, 24 ECE units, or the ability to participate in TCS's TK Explorers Experience Program (TK EEP) within their first year of employment, to qualify to teach TK students* .

Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Chat, or similar tools) *Requirements are applicable to employees who have a hire date of 7/1/26 or after Preferred Qualifications . Experience in a charter school or independent study environment . Experience using educational technology platforms (e.g., LMS/SIS systems such as Pathways, Clever, or Google Classroom) to support instruction Employment Requirements
