What are virtual graphic designers?

Virtual graphic designers are creative professionals who work remotely to design visual content such as logos, websites, advertisements, and social media graphics for clients or companies. They use digital tools and software to create their designs and typically communicate with clients via email, video calls, or project management platforms. Virtual graphic designers offer flexibility and can serve clients globally, providing high-quality visual solutions without the need for in-person meetings.

How does a virtual graphic designer effectively collaborate with clients and team members remotely?

Virtual graphic designers typically use a combination of project management tools, video conferencing, and cloud-based design platforms to communicate and share their work with clients and colleagues. Job description

Graphic Designer - LoveStream.io
Location: Charlotte, NC Type: Full-time
Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance
About LoveStream
LoveStream is a high-growth events technology company powering thousands of live and virtual experiences across the U.S. What started in weddings and hospitality has rapidly expanded into corporate events, brand activations, and enterprise experiences for some of the world's biggest companies.
About the Role
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is focused on high-volume, fast-turnaround design work-creating and editing custom graphics for clients based on their event details.
This is not a traditional design role focused on long creative cycles. Instead, you'll have the ease of working within an established system of templates to produce hundreds of graphics per week, making quick, thoughtful adjustments based on client input.
If you enjoy working quickly, staying organized, and producing high-quality work at scale, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
  • Create and customize event graphics based on client questionnaires (weddings, corporate events, birthdays, etc.)
  • Produce and edit high volumes of designs daily (targeting ~200 graphics per week)
  • Work within an existing library of thousands of templates to efficiently generate new designs
  • Make quick edits and revisions based on client feedback
  • Ensure designs are clean, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay ahead of design demand and reduce turnaround time

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or similar work
  • Strong proficiency in Canva (primary tool used)
  • Experience creating social, event, or marketing-focused graphics
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently (many designs take ~3-5 minutes each)
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, production-style environment
  • Self-sufficient and able to execute without heavy oversight
Why LoveStream
  • High Impact, Immediately - This role directly impacts the customer experience. Your work is seen by every client, and your ability to deliver quickly helps the business scale.
  • Fast-Growing Environment - LoveStream is growing quickly, which means real opportunities to take ownership, improve processes, and make a visible difference.
  • Clear Expectations, Real Ownership - This is a role where success is straightforward: produce high-quality work at speed, stay organized, and help the team move faster. If you perform, you'll be trusted and relied upon.
  • Structured but Not Stagnant - You'll work within an established system of templates and processes, but there's room to help improve workflows, organization, and efficiency over time.
  • Team That Moves Fast - You'll be working alongside a team that values speed, execution, and results. There's no unnecessary red tape-just a focus on getting things done well and quickly.
