Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Furniture Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing Furniture tickets and requests for our Technology Client in San Jose. This includes ticket processing, asset management, project management & documentation, invoice & PO processing, onsite technical services, and engaging with Furniture Technicians to perform work.
What You'll Do:
  • Complete the delivery of furniture projects working closely with the Space and Occupancy Management Team.
  • Manage ticketing queue system for all tickets related to furniture support services for your assigned campus.
  • Maintain Furniture Inventory accuracy for assigned campus.
  • Work with Client End-Users/Project Requestors.
  • Furniture Installation vendor oversight, ordering, scheduling, installation, closeout, as applicable.
  • Process documentation and As-Builts for project commitments. Acquire internal and external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders with consultants and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects among teams and clients.
  • Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.
  • Process invoices / PO requests.. Help with project administration deliverables.
  • Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
  • Vendor Sourcing (RFP's, Quotes, PO's, Invoice Review)

What You'll Need:
  • Contract Furniture Project Coordination / Management Experience
  • CAD and Design Experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Solid understanding of Google Suite products. Examples include Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive demeanor.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Furniture Project Manager is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
