The Implementation Specialist role reports to the Implementation Manager. This role is primarily responsible for working closely with district and school leadership nationwide ensuring their successful implementation of QuaverHealth•PE. The starting salary for this position is up to $65K based on experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for individual districts/schools nationwide to ensure a successful implementation through coaching and resource creation aligned to their goals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of QuaverEd curricula
  • Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for teachers on QuaverHealth•PE resources
  • Travel to school sites to coach and train teachers and other education stakeholders in understanding and using the QuaverHealth•PE resources
  • Host virtual events for current users and prospective customers
  • Attend national conferences to represent QuaverEd in booths and lead workshop sessions
  • Assist in sales presentations as approved
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their projects and initiatives as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Physical Education or related field
  • Experienced educator with 5+ years experience in Elementary or Middle School setting
  • Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred
  • Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred
  • Experience with online curricula implementation and curriculum development
  • Experience teaching both large and small groups of adult learners

Technical Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Google Suites, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently with discretion and integrity.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
