Job description

Are you ready to be part of something groundbreaking? At RDI Technologies, we are transforming the way industries see and solve problems with our Motion Amplification® technology. By turning ordinary video into a powerful diagnostic tool, we help companies across manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, R&D, and more detect unseen motion, prevent costly failures, and design better products.
Job Overview
RDI Technologies is hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own day-to-day execution across our demand generation function. You'll work directly with the Director of Marketing on a small, hands-on team, with meaningful ownership across lifecycle marketing, social, reporting, and event support.
This role is built for a self-directed B2B marketer who is energized by owning their lanes from strategy through execution; not waiting to be assigned tasks. If you want to do real work, see your impact quickly, and grow alongside a marketing function in build mode, this is a good fit.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Lifecycle Marketing & Lead Management
  • Build, maintain, and optimize nurture sequences in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Own lead scoring, segmentation, and list hygiene across the marketing database
  • Partner with sales on lead routing, follow-up workflows, and conversion handoff
  • Ensure clean data flow between Pardot and Salesforce CRM
Reporting & Performance
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards covering campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline contribution
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization
  • Track and report on KPIs across channels, segments, and product lines
Social Media
  • Own RDI's organic social presence (LinkedIn-led), including content planning, posting cadence, community engagement, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with our in-house videographer to integrate video assets into social campaigns
  • Identify and execute paid social opportunities as part of broader demand gen campaigns
Event Marketing Support
  • Drive pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns for trade shows, webinars, and industry events
  • Manage event landing pages, email sends, lead capture, and follow-up nurtures
  • Track and report on event-driven lead and pipeline performance
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with hands-on demand generation, lifecycle, or marketing operations work
  • Direct experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform - Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement strongly preferred; HubSpot or comparable acceptable
  • Strong analytical skills. Comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and using it to drive decisions
  • Solid copywriting eye, particularly for email and social
  • Working knowledge of social media management tools and best practices
  • Experience supporting event marketing (trade shows, webinars, virtual events)
  • Self-directed and resourceful. Able to own initiatives on a lean team without heavy oversight
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing to industrial, manufacturing, or technical buyers
  • Familiarity with ABM strategy and tools
  • Experience with paid digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Basic design literacy (Canva, Figma, or similar)
