We are an innovative wellness service provider headquartered in Chicago that provides outcomes-driven health and wellbeing programs to single employer groups, third party administrators, medical management providers and associations.
Our suite of services includes health coaching, clinical health evaluations, incentive administration, reasonable-alternative standard administration, disease management, maternity management, behavioral health, and chiropractic management.
The Account Manager, Partnerships serves as the primary relationship manager and onsite wellbeing partner for a dedicated client. This role combines strategic account management, employee engagement, communications planning, and onsite event coordination to drive participation, strengthen wellbeing culture, and deliver an exceptional client experience across a geographically dispersed workforce.
While onsite support will be concentrated in the Greater St. Paul area, this role also supports enterprise-wide wellbeing programming, virtual engagement, campaigns, communications, and reporting for the broader client employee population across multiple U.S. locations.

This position requires significant onsite presence, with up to 50% of working time spent at client locations throughout the Greater St. Paul, Minnesota area.

Primary Responsibilities
Client Partnership amp; Account Management
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client account(s), with responsibility for client satisfaction, program growth, employee engagement, and continuity of wellbeing support across client populations.
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders, Benefits teams, Human Resources, Communications teams, and wellbeing Champion Network to identify program goals and recommend strategic wellbeing solutions for office-based and operational employees.
  • Champion client objectives internally and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of wellbeing program deliverables including onsite, virtual and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of program performance, including project planning, issue resolution, communications strategies, reporting, and ongoing program recommendations.
  • Represent Marquee Health during client meetings, presentations, health fairs, and leadership discussions.
Onsite Wellbeing Program Management
  • Serve as the dedicated onsite wellbeing partner for employees and client stakeholders throughout the Greater St. Paul region and provide the same level of strategic support, engagement and program management to employees nationwide through virtual channels.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate onsite wellness programming, including:
    • Biometric screenings
    • Flu shot clinics
    • Health fairs
    • Fitness and movement classes
    • Wellbeing workshops
    • Mindfulness sessions
    • Special engagement events (e.g., Puppies for a Pause, wellness weeks, employee appreciation activities)
  • Join requested onsite or virtual meetings to lead wellbeing moments, stretch breaks, mindfulness activities, program updates and wellbeing platform demontrations.
  • Coordinate logistics with corporate facilities teams, vendors, and local site leadership to ensure successful event execution.
  • Craft annual communication campaign in partnership with Company and Benefits Communications team.
  • Support employee resource groups (ERGS) and corporate facilities with their events if there is a cross tie to wellness.
  • Develop and implement in virtual wellbeing initiatives and enterprise-wide campaigns.
  • Maintain and manage employee community groups within the wellbeing platform.
  • Promote and support wellbeing challenges and engagement opportunities.
  • Encourage participation through ongoing outreach and champion engagement.
  • Monitor challenge performance and provide participation and engagement results to the Benefits team.
  • Identify opportunities to increase community engagement and program adoption.
Wellbeing Champion amp; Community Engagement
  • Maintain and enhance the Companyโ€™s Wellbeing Champion Network, empowering champions to drive local engagement, awareness and wellbeing culture.
  • Facilitate regular champion meetings, training opportunities, and engagement activities.
  • Provide champions with resources, communication materials, and best practices to promote local participation.
  • Build strong relationships across employee populations to cultivate a sustainable culture of wellbeing.
  • Develop and coordinate draft wellbeing communications such as campaign content, promotional materials, champion newsletters, digital content, and employee-facing resources for client review and approval.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years of experience in employee benefits, wellness/wellbeing programs, account management, and/or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong client relationship management experience.
  • Experience planning and coordinating onsite events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the Greater St. Paul area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large employer wellbeing programs.
  • Familiarity with wellbeing technology platforms and engagement solutions.
  • Experience managing employee communities, ambassador programs, or champion networks.
  • Background in corporate wellness, benefits consulting, population health, or employee experience.
  • Personal passion for health, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
