This remote position offers the flexibility and autonomy of working independently while benefiting from a collaborative virtual environment. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will engage in regular communication and support with fellow clinicians and administrative staff, enhancing your professional network and enriching your practice. The work setting consists of state-of-the-art telehealth platforms enabling secure and confidential therapy sessions.

• Provide virtual counseling services to clients, conducting one-on-one sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique mental health needs and goals.
• Utilize secure telehealth technologies to deliver therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with all relevant confidentiality guidelines.
• Regularly assess and monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, making referrals to specialized care as necessary to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Document and maintain accurate client records in accordance with best practices and state regulations.

The primary focus of our services is on individuals navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. We cater to a diverse client base. This role is integral in providing a safe space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards recovery and personal growth.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing counseling services.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting virtual sessions in a secure manner.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapies and the application of psychotherapeutic techniques.
• A well-equipped home office that supports remote work, including high-speed internet access and video conferencing capabilities.

• Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting, specifically working with addiction or substance use disorders.
• Background in crisis intervention and the ability to effectively manage high-stress client situations.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that promote collaboration among healthcare providers.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, with additional benefits including:
