• Deliver high-quality counseling and therapeutic services to clients, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and provide immediate support during critical situations to ensure client safety and emotional stability.
• Maintain and manage client records diligently, ensuring adherence to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards regarding confidentiality and documentation.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to create a well-rounded care plan.
• Empower clients by teaching them coping strategies, self-care techniques, and effective communication skills which enhance their ability to manage their mental health.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance resource access and create beneficial partnerships that positively impact client care.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults undergoing treatment for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our clients often benefit from tailored therapeutic approaches that respect their diverse backgrounds and experiences. Your expertise will guide clients through navigating their challenges, ultimately fostering resilience and promoting long-term recovery.

• Must hold current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of direct experience in clinical social work, particularly in outpatient mental health settings.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize therapeutic techniques efficaciously and a solid understanding of crisis interventions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to dedications of ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.
• A collaborative spirit capable of contributing positively in a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience working in detox or residential treatment settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record management.
• Experience in conducting community outreach or networking is preferred.
