About the Role:

As a Retail Data Entry Clerk, you will provide data entry support to the company’s Security Department. You will assist with general database management, invoices, and vendor customer service. This role will offer long term, ongoing temp support within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately review, code, and process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner

  • Account Management: Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Vendor Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for vendors; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships

  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues

  • Reporting: Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including data preparation and basic analysis

  • Process Support: Assist with documentation, audits, and continuous improvement of finance processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Prefer 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in retail, loss prevention, and/or security

  • Detail oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

  • Strong analytical ability

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
