Join a mission-driven team as a Senior Manager, Product and help shape products that support meaningful outcomes in healthcare. In this remote role, you will lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across assigned initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders across customer experience, marketing research, finance, operations, and IT to translate customer insights into product direction.
  • Develop and manage strategic and tactical roadmaps, prioritizing work based on business value, customer needs, and market insights.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through product discovery, development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Support go-to-market planning and coordinate efforts to help products scale effectively in existing and emerging markets.
  • Monitor product performance using operational metrics, customer feedback, and key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to financial analysis, forecasting, and business case development to support informed product decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop product managers and business analysts while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Skills
  • 5-7 years of directly related experience, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading teams.
