Job description

Overview Military Courseware Developer (AIM/LEAD/CPM) LOCATION: 100% Onsite - Dahlgren, Virginia JOB STATUS: Full Time CLEARANCE: Active Secret Clearance SALARY: $85,000 to $95,000+ Astrion has an immediate opening for a Military Courseware Developer (AIM/LEAD/CPM) supporting the U.S. Navy's Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) located in Dahlgren, VA and is 100% onsite. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS * 5 years of experience in Adult Learning and experience with AIM, CPM or LEAD tools/modules.

Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically AIM I/AIM II, CPM/Learning Objects Module (LOM), or LEAD. Knowledge and experience in curriculum development for military courses, preferably using authoring tools such as AIM I/II, CPM, LEAD, etc. Demonstrated experience in the analyses of change recommendations and determination of impact on system readiness Experienced in conducting in-person training/instruction focused on a military audience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Degree in Adult Education. Experience in review of training schedules Familiarity with Navy Training System Plans, the Planning Process Methodology documenting, Navy Business Case Analysis (BCA), Front End Analysis (FEA), and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) RESPONSIBILITIES Develop training aids. * Deliver virtual and/or in-person training sessions.

Update and/or convert existing curriculum from authoring tools such as the Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) and Content Planning Module (CPM) into the Navy's Learning Engine Authoring Development (LEAD) tool. Tracks all courses currently in transition to a new authority tool. #CJ #LI-AD1
