As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage client interaction, experience sharing, and mutual learning.
• Providing individualized therapy to clients, where you will empathetically explore their thoughts and feelings, assist in developing coping strategies, and help set actionable goals.
• Collaborating with clients to design personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs, preferences, and aspirations.
• Monitoring client progress through tailored assessments and feedback mechanisms, enabling adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, often discussing complex cases to ensure comprehensive client support.

Your primary focus will be on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30, who often face unique challenges as they navigate the transition into adulthood. This demographic may encounter issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. By employing evidence-based practices and holistic approaches, you will empower clients to overcome these challenges and foster their personal growth.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice in a counseling setting.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Previous experience working with young adults in a counseling or therapeutic environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms, ensuring effective virtual counseling delivery.
• Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, team members benefit from:
