This role is conducted through a telehealth platform, providing counselors with the tools to connect and engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes. • Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on thorough client evaluations and assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of tailored therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, documenting treatment progression and outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and trainings to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health.

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds seeking mental health support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their specific challenges, promoting mental well-being through tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with their unique experiences.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with a diverse clientele.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse interventions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices in virtual counseling.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, we provide a generous bonus structure that is unlimited, allowing you the potential for additional earnings based on client caseloads.
