• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address individual goals and challenges.
• Provide therapeutic support through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing interactive approaches to engage clients actively.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and tailored strategies to ensure safety and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment notes, progress assessments, and clinical evaluations, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to design comprehensive care strategies.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the process.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities such as training, workshops, and peer mentoring to stay current with evolving practices in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a broad range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique challenges and fostering resilience.

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with appropriate credentials, including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic acumen.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

• Experience in a clinical setting, although entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
