This role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choosing. • Conduct preliminary assessments and clinical evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address the specific needs of clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couples therapy, and family counseling to foster healing within relational dynamics.
• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate clinical records are maintained.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to further enhance your clinical knowledge and skills.

You will work with a broad array of clients, including individuals dealing with trauma, couples navigating relationship challenges, families seeking cohesion, and individuals struggling with substance use issues. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Valid, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building rapport and establishing trust with diverse populations.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in the field of mental health counseling.
