Job description

Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the intermountain west. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of OFFICE CLERK for the North Region Feed Division located in Trenton, Utah.
RESPONSIBILITIES: A passion for customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced office environment is essential. Duties include: Data entry for product orders, invoicing, reporting, and various bookkeeping functions, serving as a receptionist in person and on the phone, handling of cash transactions and insuring security of cash. Occasional Saturday work is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or GED. Experience with animal agriculture is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects on any given day.
  • Proficiency and accuracy with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn company software applications.
  • Basic math skills used in price calculations, measurement conversions and percentages.
  • Highly dependable team player willing to embrace the vision and mission of Intermountain Farmers Association and work and communicate well with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Valid drivers license.
