ONSITE / IN-PERSON ONLY
Type: Part-Time to Start
Schedule: Flexible, with some weekday business-hour availability required

About the Role
I am looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal / Operations Assistant to support me with both business and day-to-day operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing details, following through, and helping a business owner stay focused on growth. The right person will be professional, resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable supporting a fast-moving business with multiple projects, clients, systems, and priorities.
This is not a basic admin role. I need someone who can think ahead, keep things organized, follow up without being reminded, and help make sure important tasks do not fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities
Executive and Personal Support
  • Manage calendar items, reminders, appointments, and scheduling needs
  • Help organize tasks, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Assist with email organization, drafting, and response tracking
  • Make calls, send messages, and follow up with vendors, contacts, or partners as needed
  • Help coordinate personal and business errands, appointments, and logistics
  • Keep information organized and easy to access
  • Help reduce day-to-day administrative pressure on the business owner
Business Operations Support
  • Assist with client onboarding and internal follow-up
  • Update CRM records, spreadsheets, project trackers, and business systems
