Benefits Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (Spanish/English)


Location: Richardson, TX (Remote Eligible)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week with potential overtime during peak seasons. Hours may range from 32–40 hours during slower periods.


Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to assist members with benefits-related inquiries. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear and professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking members with benefits and plan-related questions
  • Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  • Explain complex benefit information in simple, easy-to-understand terms
  • Translate conversations accurately between Spanish and English
  • Maintain accurate call documentation and case notes in English
  • Protect confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
  • Review and understand client benefit plan documents
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Collaborate professionally with teammates
  • Perform other assigned duties


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
