Boogie Team is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support client intake, communication, and administrative workflows for a personal injury law firm.

This role will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping guide them through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling sensitive information, managing client communication, and supporting a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Answer incoming calls and communicate with potential clients

• Conduct client intake interviews and gather necessary information

• Translate and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish

• Schedule consultations and follow up with leads
