Position Summary
We are expanding our virtual team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, researching solutions, and keeping important details organized.
As an Experience Services Specialist, you will assist travelers as they explore and organize upcoming vacations. Your responsibilities will include gathering trip requirements, identifying suitable travel options, coordinating selected services, and helping clients stay prepared throughout the planning process.
No previous travel industry background is required. New team members receive training, access to educational resources, and continued guidance while developing their knowledge of destinations, travel products, and reservation tools.
What You'll Work On

  • Communicate with travelers to gather information about upcoming trips, including preferred dates, destinations, interests, and spending considerations
  • Identify what is most important to each client and use those details to guide the planning process
  • Explore available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, attractions, and vacation packages
  • Compare available choices and share appropriate possibilities based on individual travel requests
  • Help clients organize selected accommodations, transportation, activities, and other vacation components
  • Use approved supplier resources and online systems when coordinating travel services
  • Organize important trip information into clear and manageable travel plans
  • Provide confirmation information, schedules, reservation details, and applicable travel documents
  • Track important planning dates and follow up when additional information or decisions are required
  • Respond to questions regarding active travel arrangements and upcoming vacations
  • Help address routine booking revisions, schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Review traveler names, dates, services, and reservation information for potential discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, trip preferences, and travel arrangements
  • Continue developing destination and product knowledge through supplier education and virtual training
