What You'll Do

The Administrative Assistant serves at Puck's front desk receptionist, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors, callers and employees, while also functioning as a key support resource within the Human Resource department. In addition to front desk duties, this role assists with HR Administrative tasks, helps organize and execute company events and provides support to the Marketing Department. This position also maintains schedules, obtain supplies, and works on special projects as needed.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for Puck, greeting visitors and delivering a professional, welcoming experience.
  2. Answers and screens incoming calls; takes messages and fields routine and non-routine questions, coordinating with other Puck team members to cover phones as needed.
  3. Helps visitors navigate the facility and ensures every guest interaction reflects well on the company.
  4. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including new hire paperwork, onboarding logistics, and maintenance of HR files and records.
  5. Responds to regularly occurring team member requests appropriately.
  6. Assists the Marketing team with materials and logistics for company events, tour and pump school, including signage, handouts, and on-site coordination.
  7. Organize and prioritize information, calls, and inter-company communications.
  8. Supports all Puck team members with special projects as assigned by HR and the Executive Team.

Physical Requirements

This is largely a sedentary role; however, each day will vary based on projects, events, and assignments. This role requires the ability to lift, bend, or stand as necessary, including while setting up or supporting company events.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment, based primarily at the front desk/receptionist area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
