Your Role:

The VIP Account Manager will own high-intent VIP leads and deliver dedicated, white-glove service to the Company's most valuable clients. This role plays a critical part in driving new business conversion, deepening long-term client relationships, and unlocking retention and referral growth. The ideal candidate is consultative, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
    Own high-intent VIP leads โ€” run 1:1 consultative conversations, diagnose client needs, and close deals. Manage the sales pipeline to improve conversion rates and deal size.
  • VIP Account Management:
    Deliver dedicated 1:1 service and regular check-ins for closed accounts. Segment and tier clients to build long-term trust and lasting relationships.
  • Retention & Referrals:
    Identify upsell and renewal opportunities, build referral programs that drive word-of-mouth growth, and document customer success stories.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales or key account management with a verifiable track record.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry โ€” key players, use cases, and customer needs โ€” with the ability to hold credible, expert-level conversations with clients.
  • Sales Skills:
    Skilled in consultative selling and high-net-worth relationship management; target-driven and resilient under pressure.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient with CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An existing client network is a plus

Salary Range:

($135,000-$175,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
