THE JOB:
Join the team as a VIP Services Courier at Bellagio, where you'll play an important role in supporting the luxury experience for our VIP and Villa guests. In this fast-paced role, you'll assist with a variety of errands and requests while helping deliver seamless, elevated service behind the scenes.
Working throughout one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Las Vegas, you'll support VIP operations with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail while helping create memorable experiences for our most valued guests.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE STARTING RATE: $17.04 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Provide refined luxury service while assisting VIP and Villa guests with errands, personal shopping, show tickets, reservations, entertainment, dining, and concierge requests
  • Assist VIP casino and hotel guests with hotel check-in, check-out, and guest service requests
  • Own all guest requests and complaints, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure VIP arrival rooms are cleaned and ready
  • Review guest bills with hosts during check-out
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to accurately assist guests
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of prior relevant experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, and/or Concierge
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
