JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL FUNCTION
As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and brand loyalty.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote an excellent customer experience, including but are not limited to:
    • Greeting and serving customers
    • Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs
    • Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintained
    • Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance
  • Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP clientele retention
  • Remain up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand
  • Actively listen and act on any instructions given by management or superior as defined by management at any time
  • Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed
  • Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct set forth by the company and management
  • Attend and participate in occasional work meetings
  • Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate to manager if obstacles arise
  • Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your innate sensibility, style, and pre-established connection to the local and broader communities where our brands' culture flourishes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience
  • Self-motivated, team player
