WORK IN HIGH-VOLUME, TEAM ORIENTED, FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHILE KEEPING FOCUS ON THE GUEST EXPERIENCE.

COCKTAIL HOSTESSES PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN THE “PARTY” WE THROW NIGHTLY AND THEREFORE THE WARM WELCOME MUST BE ADHERED TO, WHICH INCLUDES: SMILING, EYE CONTACT, GREAT MOOD & POSITIVE ENERGY.

  • Properly set up station and the lounge prior to the beginning shift. Set up for success....stock to par. Continually maintain cleanliness and order throughout the night.

  • Complete ALL opening and closing side-work duties nightly.

  • Always be energetic!

  • Always introduce yourself by name and offer a food and martini menu to each guest upon arrival in your station.

  • Inform guests of promotions.

  • Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.

  • Answer questions about our food, beverages, entertainment, and other lounge functions and services.

  • Always encourage repeat business from our guests by offering them the best possible service and sincerely thanking them for their patronage.

  • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a clean and fun environment for our guests.

  • Always be aware of sales and cash handling procedures.

  • Always ensure fast and courteous service to guests.

  • Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

  • Continuously issue True Blue Lady VIP cards to target female guests and enroll guests in MYBlueVIP.

  • Always follow ALL guidelines in the credit card procedures.

  • If you have any concerns about serving guests that appear to be underage, check their IDs, always doing so in a polite manner (refer to Fake IDs).

  • Look for signs of impairment and only serve liquor to guests 21 years and older.

  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

  • Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.

  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.

  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).

  • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.

  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
