This process involves polymerizing vinyl chloride monomer to create PVC resin, which can then be formed into various products such as flooring, records, siding, and more. Vinyl manufacturing requires specialized equipment and strict quality controls to ensure the final product is durable, safe, and meets industry standards. The industry also focuses on sustainability and recycling efforts to minimize environmental impact.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in vinyl manufacturing?
