Job description

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Videographer / Video Producer & Editor to produce a compelling 60-second corporate storytelling video highlighting a national philanthropic initiative. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can confidently manage the entire production process-from interviewing and directing C-suite executives and key stakeholders to filming, editing, B-roll and delivering a polished final piece for public relations, social media, and website use. The ideal candidate is an exceptional visual storyteller with experience creating executive interview videos for corporate brands, nonprofits, or professional services organizations. You'll know how to put interview subjects at ease, capture authentic sound bites, and transform them into an engaging narrative that reflects the organization's mission and impact.
  • Rate: $75/hr.
  • Location: Onsite in Philly for C-Suite Interviews the remotely for editing.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce a 60-second corporate storytelling video from concept through final delivery.
  • Conduct and film interviews with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in the Philadelphia area.
  • Direct interview subjects to ensure authentic, conversational, and compelling on-camera performances.
  • Ask provided interview questions while guiding talent to capture impactful sound bites.
  • Capture professional-quality video and audio using your own camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Identify compelling story arcs and edit footage into an engaging narrative.
  • Deliver a polished video optimized for website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, graphics, and music as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and deliver final assets on schedule.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional videography, producing, and video editing experience.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be available for on-site interviews w/C Suite in Philadelphia.
  • Demonstrated experience producing executive interview and corporate storytelling videos.
  • Strong portfolio featuring corporate, nonprofit, philanthropic, or mission-driven storytelling content.
  • Experience interviewing and directing C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent storytelling instincts with the ability to build emotionally engaging narratives.
  • Must own professional camera, audio, lighting, and editing equipment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of cinematography, interview lighting, audio capture, composition, and editing best practices.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing project timelines.
