As Avenue Z continues investing in creator media, we're building an in-house content engine that produces premium video, podcasts, social content, and thought leadership at scale. We're looking for someone excited to help build that vision from the ground up.
Avenue Z is looking for a Videographer & Editor. This isn't a traditional videography role. You'll work directly alongside our Creator Lead to help build Avenue Z's media engine, producing high-quality content that captures attention, tells compelling stories, and elevates the agency's brand across social media, podcasts, YouTube, and client campaigns.
You'll own the technical side of production, from camera operation and lighting to editing and post-production, while supporting creative concepts that make our content stand out.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to be part of a high-energy team adn make an immediate impact. This role requires time flexibility to create content at events or off-site locations. Join us to help build one of the most ambitious media brands inside the agency world.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Shoot premium video content for Avenue Z's social media, podcasts, interviews, client campaigns, and original series
  • Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting, audio, and production equipment
  • Lead podcast production, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and post-production
  • Work closely with the Creator Lead during concept development and production planning
  • Bring creative ideas for shot selection, pacing, transitions, music, and storytelling
  • Organize and manage media assets, project files, and production workflows
  • Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and emerging production techniques
  • Help establish production systems and creative processes as Avenue Z scales its media operation

Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • 2+ years of professional videography and editing experience (agency, creator, production company, or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and social-first content
  • Proficiency in editing software, including Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, etc.
  • Experience with Sony camera systems and professional camera workflows
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual aesthetics
  • Experience recording high-quality audio and managing multi-camera productions
  • Ability to edit both fast-paced short-form content and polished long-form videos
  • Excellent organization and file management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  • Experience producing podcasts
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
  • Knowledge of color correction and color grading
  • Photography experience
  • Experience working with creators, executives, or personal brands
