About the Role
As a Video Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling the end-to-end video production process. This includes checking video jobs into internal systems, converting media formats, synchronizing video with transcripts, and delivering final client-ready products. You'll work collaboratively across teams, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and consistently provide responsive, professional service to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Check video jobs into internal systems
  • Convert media formats to meet department standards
  • Synchronize video to transcripts and hyperlink exhibit files
  • Process all client orders accurately and on time
  • Create transcript production media types for transcript deliverables
  • Cross-train to perform Transcript Production Coordinator duties
  • Prioritize work effectively to meet job due date targets
  • Collaborate with team members to ship deliverables on schedule
  • Create clients for life by being proactive, responsive, and respectful in every interaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of digital media, video encoding, and authoring is a plus
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to plan work effectively, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Other: Must maintain regular attendance, be able to work under pressure, and be available to work weekends as necessary
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, push, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of digital media, video encoding and authoring a plus
