Your work helps communicate ideas clearly and consistently while supporting the Fiserv brand.

What you'll do:

  • Produce video content from concept development through final delivery for internal and external audiences

  • Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, audience needs, messaging, timelines, and production requirements

  • Plan and coordinate pre-production activities, including scripting, shot planning, scheduling, location logistics, and talent support

  • Capture video and audio in studio and field environments using professional production equipment and standard production workflows

  • Edit video content using non-linear editing tools, incorporating graphics, music, color correction, captions, and brand-aligned visual elements

  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, track milestones, and deliver assets on schedule while maintaining production quality standards

  • Ensure completed content aligns with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and channel-specific technical specifications

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in video production, post-production, or multimedia content creation using professional camera, lighting, audio, and editing workflows

  • Experience editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar non-linear editing tools

  • Experience producing video content for business, marketing, communications, or digital channels with measurable delivery against project timelines and stakeholder requirements

  • Experience capturing and editing audio, selecting music, and integrating motion graphics, captions, and other visual assets into finished video content

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting executive communications, corporate storytelling, or brand campaigns

  • Experience using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools for motion graphics and visual asset development

  • Experience with live event recording, multi-camera production, or studio-based video workflows

  • Experience producing content in a regulated industry, including financial services, payments, or technology

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Travel:

  • This role requires occasional travel (up to 40%), domestic and international.

Sponsorship:

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Benefits at Fiserv:

  • Fuel Your Life program to support your physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being.

  • Paid holidays and generous time away policies.

  • No-cost mental health support through Employee Assistance Programs.
