VIDEO PRODUCTION ASSISTANT // 8 weeks // $15 hour

Are you a creative individual eager to develop their craft in video, photography and A/V? The South Shore CVA is looking for an enthusiastic Video Production Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in creating compelling videos to promote our beautiful region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling through video.

As a Video Production Intern, you will work closely with our Video Production Manager and the marketing team. Weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing projects.
  • Capture photo, video and audio.
  • Learn about audio requirements and video editing techniques.
  • Assist with mobile video board operations and in-house A/V production.
  • Collaborate with team members on various creative projects.

What You'll Learn:

  • Hands-on production experience, in studio and on location.
  • How to effectively communicate and collaborate in a creative team environment.
  • Hospitality Tourism industry
  • Best practices in video marketing and current trends in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a related degree program (e.g., Film, Communications, Media Production).
